My godfather, Vasily Golikov, donated the land and built this chapel with his bare hands in the early 1960s. Sixty years ago, my family would come to visit him at the weekend home next to this chapel. At the time, there was a thriving Russian summer community here. Good memories.

Beautiful chapel in the mountains. I was told that it was built by the Russian immigrants to the area. It's a beautiful little hand built chapel.
