I had an exceptional experience with Dave at Paragon Plumbing & Heating. From the moment he arrived for the quote, he was punctual, polite, and demonstrated a wealth of information. The price he quoted us was very fair, and the work he did was outstanding. The marksmanship is evident in the images I've attached. He replaced an old hot water heater that was having issues and replaced it with a tankless water heater that I wanted. Every detail was handled with precision and care. I will certainly be using their services again in the future. Highly recommended, go with them, you will not be disappointed one bit.
Dave came highly recommended when we moved to Califon in 2021 and since then he’s installed a new tankless water heater (pictured), generator, gas fireplace, outdoor shower, and generally been incredibly helpful in repairing and updating the plumbing in a 25 year old home. He’s incredibly responsive, not afraid to tell the client (me) when I’m moving in the wrong decision with a direction, and his work is very high quality. I’d recommend him to anyone in the area and he’s my go to call when I’m having any issues at the house.
We hired Paragon to do a substantial amount of work prior to and for finishing our basement. The house is 30+ years old and had lots of little tweaks needed to the pipes and fittings in the basement. Additionally we installed a tankless water heater and a new bathroom with shower and relocated all of our Well equipment to optimize the space. Dave is very knowledgeable and provides great communication and scheduling. He was always reliable and does great quality work. I never needed to worry where Dave was or when his work would be complete when managing multiple contractor schedules. We have a lot of work ahead in the rest of our house and will be sure to call Paragon again.
Dave recently installed a combi water heater/boiler in our home. He is the consummate professional. He assisted us straight from the start and was always available for questions. During the install, he always let us know what would be done that day, completed the work, and cleaned up fully. Everything came out great! I highly recommend him for any plumbing/heating work that you may need -- Dave wont disappoint!

Neat work speaks for itself but Dave has always suggested different options for what I could do and answered any questions to guide me through any projects he has done for me.
