Enzo's Ristorante & Pizzeria

A Budd Lake/Mount Olive area staple since the mid-70s, Enzo’s one of the best Italian restaurant and pizzerias in all of Morris county, and one of my favorite places to eat for years now. And since recently moving from Hackettstown to Mount Olive, it’s now my hometown pizzeria as well. Run by the dynamic father-son duo of Ernie and Emilio, pretty much everything on their menu is top notch, from obviously their pizza, to their sandwiches, pasta, and even their burgers. The restaurant itself is clean and has a nice and classy dining area in the back. Service is always friendly and welcoming. My 4 favorite items on the menu, their meatballs, their excellent Grandma Margarita pie, the ribeye steak and broccoli rabe sandwich, and any of their seafood pastas are just spectacular.

I have been going there since 1976 when they opened. Moved to Maryland and every time I go back I stop in for the best pizza and Italian food in the world. Owners are the best most pleasant people around. Love this place!!!!!!!

Food was delicious, music was great (John Cain!). It was very busy but the wait staff were on top of it. First time dining in, usually get takeout. We even ordered dessert... The tiramisu was really good. Portion size was enough to bring some home for tomorrow! Very enjoyable experience.

Pizza is consistently good. I think it’s better if you just eat it fresh at the restaurant, but it holds up for takeout. I’ve tried several dishes as well and no complaints yet! Great service every time.

We hired Enzo’s for our wedding after other caterers weren’t so budget friendly. They worked with our budget, delivered the food we wanted, and never gave an issue about any changes or wants/needs we requested.

Enzo’s is an Italian family run restaurant and just by working with Alex, Emilio, Ernie, and their crew you TRULY feel as though the service they deliver is as cared for as if they were delivering to their own personal family. I could NOT thank them enough for making the food taste fabulous… not to mention I, the bride, am on a gluten free diet due to an allergy and they didn’t even blink an eye when saying “no problem!” …and made our entire menu gluten free. No one could tell the difference and our families are very honest people, so if the food wasn’t good we would have heard it from them! My groom can also be a picky eater and he had 2 plates of everything! In fact, one of our biggest compliments of the night was the food!!!!

Their daughter Alex even coordinated a visit with our venue to prep a set up plan prior to our event without me having to ask her, and as a bride when your vendor takes the extra initiative to be prepared without you asking it’s beyond stress relieving!

I could go on and on, but if I could give them 100 stars I would!! If you’re thinking about using the or even going to dinner there or stopping to have a slice, STOP THINKING ABOUT IT AND JUST GO!!!!!! From the food to the kindness of the family that runs Enzo’s, Budd Lake… there’s ZERO room for improvement!
