I became a regular within 2mths and here to stay 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 🫶🏾🫶🏾My favorite dish is baked chicken🍗 (dark meat) with rice 🍚and peas,beans on top and plantains on the side 🍛🤤🤤🤤when I tell you their chicken is so tender and well seasoned 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 I mean TO THE BONE 🦴 🤤🤤 Food is great and prices are reasonable. I love yall and will see you TOMORROW 😭😭👏🏽👏🏽🫶🏾🫶🏾

I went in to give this place another chance as I didn’t have a good experience before. The mangu is better than last time, salami perfect. The cheese was only 1 piece and it was small but also just tasted like dirty oil/pan and the second egg has SHELLS ALL IN IT. I’m crunching down and just all hard pieces.

Nelly Latin Restaurant (formally named Cilantro) Amazing Latin (Puerto Rican / Dominican) food! Some of the best mofongo and pernil ever tasted outside of the islands. Pasteles are on point! Food is consistently flavorful and fresh and not too salty. The service could not be more perfect: always on time, with great quality food served by the kindest owners 😊 prices are super affordable (The combo specials are the best - 2 or 3 eat for $20) with very generous portions

Moving to New Windsor and found this gem of a place. The Montaditos and Pastelillos were on point! The Rabo was tender and super tasty, just needed to be served hotter. The Mofongo was really good as well, nice flavor. The Churrasco was super tender and the sauce was yummy! Happy to have this within driving distance from home.
