Best Service Ever. Came to my house on a winter evening, went over the problem with me. Rather than tearing my house apart, he recommended a better solution, which involved using another contractor. It worked out perfectly. Then, Otto wouldn't charge me for coming out, so I sent him a gift.
Had Otto install a new Moen tub and shower faucet. Called me right back to schedule appointment. Came on time, did a great job! Highly recommended
