Fonzarelli's Collision & Auto Repair

The team at Fonzarelli's is the best! I got into a collision in my newish car and I was concerned that the damage to the paint would not match or look like the original color. When I tell you I was ecstatic to see that it was perfectly matched would be an understatement. After seeing my car, it looked like there was no damage at all and fresh off the lot. They detailed the interior and exterior as well when I picked it up.

Every time I called I was always greeted with kindness, respect and understanding. The female receptionist is very sweet and eased my anxiety when I was concerned about the damage on my car and if they had the capabilities to match the color of my car. Her warm, welcoming attitude eased my nerves and allowed me to gain a sense of trust to have them fix my car.

Bill was very kind and patient with all my questions, concerns, calls and updates. There was a minor complication between talking to my insurance company and Bill, but Bill explained in great detail what is being fixed, what they're doing at the current moment and expected timeline on receiving it back. Bill and his team was also very understanding with how necessary I needed my car due to travel for work. They were able to give me my car back just before a work trip and I am so thankful that they did everything they could to give it back to me in a timely manner.

One thing I wish Fonzarelli's did was either call, text or email with updates about the car instead of calling myself but honestly their professionalism, kindness and hard work overrode that.

I have already recommended them to my friends, family and coworkers but hopefully I do not have to bring my car back to them 😂

First time here. Known about them forever and will always remember hearing their jingle on the radio.My side mirrors been busted a long time. I got tired of duct taping it.

So, I sent them an online message, they got back to me promptly. I went in, they ordered the mirror and gave me an estimate. Told me to come by anytime in the next week once they got the mirror in. The job was really seamless and the final cost came out on the low end of the estimate. Very happy with them.

Customer service was great, the waiting room was clean. Pretty much everything you'd want from a reputable shop.

I will definitely be back to have some other things fixed.

Fonzarelli's did a great job with the repair on my 2019 F150. With frame pulls needed on both the front and back of the truck. The finished product is excellent, you can't tell it was ever in a wreck that was enough to tweak the frame.
