I went in just needing an oil change at the last minute. I was greeted by Joe who was super friendly and also advised of a recall on my car that I was unaware of. He fit me in and got me out relatively quick for this last minute girl and even gave me a promotional discount. Thank you Joe - you represented Toyota like rockstar and I appreciate your help and professionalism!
Friendly and very courteous staff. They give you privacy but help you when needed. Our Salesman, Christopher was friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles and explained everything along the process. I highly recommend going here for your next vehicle!
Customer service was excellent, 100%!! GM, Chris C handled all financials and he got me exactly what I was looking for. He answered all my questions, and there were many, with patience. The Dealership was very busy that day, I didn’t feel rushed.
Sales rep, James, was amazing! The best! He took his time explaining the buying process and I felt very at ease with him. He was very kind, pleasant and knowledgeable. When I finally got my car , he sat with me for over an hour explaining step by step every function in my car and at the same time answering tons of questions I had. I highly recommend James if you are looking to buy a car at Toyota World of Newton. That day I walked out with a Camry and my husband, who was there with me, walked out with a Tacoma!

Toyota Sales Rep Andy P was very laid back, got us into SUV test drive quickly, straight forward negotiations with GM Kris M, new 2025 Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid Limited AWD in our hands within week, finishing up extended warranty service contract with Finance Manager Julia. Lots to learn so entire team helping especially Andy with config and use of Toyota App features. We love excellent 34-36mpg mileage for spacious mid size SUV and features like front and rear highlight cameras, smart engineering like truly integrated electric and gas charging of battery with 10 yr warranty, that continue Toyota reputation of reliability and smart features that should allow us to enjoy many years of trouble free driving as we attempt to enjoy our travels for years during our retirement hopefully to see all US national parks and meet nice people as we finally try to relax in style after working decades!
