    Never had an Audi before… my wife wanted a toy. Bought a used older TT . Had these guys check it out and they were very professional and gave me a great first experience in their service department . Lead by Marc he was incredible. Might be an Audi guy after this… thanks guys💪

    Great service at Audi of Newton.

    Once again Cole was very helpful and professional. Arrived earlier than my appointment time and my car was taken in right away and completed quickly. He and service technician also brought to my attention another issue of concern that will be diagnosed and repaired under warranty.

    Had the pleasure of getting service at Audi of Newton. The staff was professional and friendly. Andrew Z was my service advisor, a very nice and informative advisor. He answered all my questions to the best of his ability, giving the best option for my concerns. The manager Louis was also so very helpful and knowledgeable, answering all my many questions, even having the mechanics show me things about my vehicle. This dealership aims to assist their customers in receiving the highest quality of service. I absolutely recommend this dealership for service. Will be doing all my services with them.

    I was out of country for 3 months between January to April and hadn’t driven my vehicle for a while as it was in storage. The first thing I made sure when I got back was to get my 80k service for my Audi Q7 so that I can drive safely. I was able to secure an appointment a couple days within me arriving. Marc, the service specialist, had told me that my front and back breaks were pretty much gone as well. I knew that they were bad since they had been squeaking and the brake service lights were on. Marc showed me how awful they were. I like to drive fast and stay safe so it’s always necessary to have great brakes as other drivers can be unpredictable no matter how good of a driver you are. He gave me a quote and a list of parts that they were going to use to install. I was free to choose whether I’d get them done there or somewhere else. However getting them done at the dealership assured premium grade A genuine parts. I called other shops to give me a quote if I got them done there even with the same parts they would use as Marc sent me a picture of the parts number they would use. They couldn’t guarantee that they would be able to secure the same parts and that I would have to wait a while to get them done as their shops were booked for the next few weeks. Again, I value my safety a lot as well as the passengers that ride my vehicle on top of the other drivers on the road as we know people drive fast and sometimes reckless in America. Multiple shops gave me pretty much the same quote minus a couple hundred dollars. These couple hundred dollars that I would have saved would be no loss compared to getting them done at that moment at that dealership. This assured safety and security for when I get on the road the moment I start driving the car as the other shops would take another week or so just to get me in. Along with that I also got a 10% discount on the total cost as well as a loaner car which was impressive by the way. The loaner car was an Audi A6 2024 and it was really fun to drive while waiting for my car to get repaired. It took until the next day to get my car back as it was a big service so I got to enjoy the loaner car for a little while. The speakers were loud and clear and had great bass. Everything fully automated and leather. I put 40$ of premium gas in it when it was close to 0 and I got almost a full tank on it. I was surprised since my Q7 takes 60ish bucks to fill up at a quarter tank. Overall it was a great and smooth experience.
