I brought my car in to be serviced and she kept me updated about the progress and explained to me everything concerning my vehicle.

It was a pleasure to visit Mercedes dealership in Newton. Scott was very helpful and answered many of my questions with patients. Also, it was nice to meet Lauren, as I had spoken to her on the phone a week ago.

My car is always repaired in a timely manner. The loaner service is first rate. They provide a beautiful loaner car delivered to my door and my Service advisor Linda is always a pleasure. She makes sure my car comes back to me clean which is important to me, and keeps me posted on what’s going on. Great service dept all around.

Scott has always been excellent with my service needs. Every-time I have had a service issue in my Mercedes sprinter, he always had addressed and repaired the issue in record time and efficiency. I have had a few different vehicles and manufacturers but Mercedes in newton nj always is on point with their service department.
