It was by far the best purchase experience I had in my lifetime. I believe this is the 12th car I purchased but Michael and the team went all out to deliver my 2026 Outback in a timely and professional manner without BS.

I have never had a more honest and easy mechanics visit. I was absolutely stunned that I got a 360 narrated video from Edgar, the gentleman doing my service in which did a full inspection and he pointed out everything that was visibly wrong and followed up the video with detailed pricing via text message for me to be able to decide which work to get done. The transparency. The sweet employees at the service desk. The super quick turnaround time. 10/10 all around, I won't be going anywhere else for my Subaru service and I will likely be a Subaru customer for life. Thank you Subaru Newton!!

I knew that my 2019 Subaru needed to have the DCM replaced bc of the extended warranty on it, but I wasn't expecting such good service. I try to avoid dealerships bc they usually have bad reputations. In this case I chose the closest dealership. Anthony in the Subaru World of Newton Dealership service department was excellent. He was upfront friendly, funny, understood my communication, and got us through some easy paperwork, offered me a nice courtesy car, a 2025 Forester, and told me he'd contact me when the part came in, and give me a ready date st that time. It all happened very smoothly. What a pleasant surprise! My favorite dealership now.

They guys are awesome!!!!! I had an inquiry online and not long after Jake called me to work a few details and set up a test drive. When I got to the dealer all my info was in the system. I drove away with my 2025 Subaru Impreza 5 door I less than 2 hours. Everything was super and painless. The guys are really nice and the best part is I GOT A REALLY GOOD DEAL WITH APR!!!!! I knew nothing about Subaru before I came here. Dave was an awesome salesman and really spent a lot of time educating me about the offerings. After 2 very low pressure visits, I ended up buying. I was previously given a quote for my trade in at another dealer and they beat that quote by a significant amount! They knew what the original quote was and knew it was acceptable to me. They had the opportunity to get one over on me and still chose to do the right thing. They earned my business for years to come!
