    I dont believe in writing bad reviews but they charged my wife $2100 for a brake job and oil change. They also did a brake fluid exchange and throttle body cleaning charged close to $300 in labor for those things. They are great to use for buying a car but be weary of the repair shop.

    I came to this dealership and the service department from a different Subaru dealer, even though it’s further away From my house under the recommendation of Subaru North America. I went to Subaru world of Newton. I am so grateful that I did! There is nothing false here—- they will not tell you you need this and you need that when you really don’t like my other dealership would. It is amazing to me That dealers can be so different. I do appreciate the honesty and the congenial service from everyone there. Vivian is incredible. I will be making my appointments to go to Subaru world of Newton from now on. only wish I would’ve known about this place sooner. This is important from an older woman bringing her car in alone. I wish Subaru all the best and I’m glad I found you.!!

    I purchased my car from this dealership 8 years ago, and I have most of my maintenance taken care of at their service department. Over the past 8 years, I've had good experiences with the Service Department staff and auto technicians. The appointments are easy to schedule online or by phone. The check in process is easy and quick. They try not to keep you longer than necessary, and they will explain, in detail, any issues of concern.

    I would recommend this establishment to my friends.
