Super helpful and knowledgeable staff. I'm somewhat clueless with cars but this Napa
makes it easier. I prefer driving the extra ten minutes compared to another chain nearby.
Courteous service just don’t chose lunchtime to go pickup something as they close so the staff can eat.
Andy's expertise and patience helped me find the exact parts I needed, which was a huge relief. His customer service goes above and beyond - highly recommend stopping by if you need auto parts and great advice!
Andy and his team go out of their way to help you. Cross referencing is nothing new for Andy, quick and knowledgeable. If it doesn't make sence he is on the phone with technical support to find out why and he gets the answer. Five stars is not enough for this wealth of knowledge.
Knowledgeable and good service. Always willing to help you out with any problem. What they don't stock they order right away any usually have the next day. Working well with the other NAPA stores, if what you need is in the area they will get it right away for you and even drop it off at your shop or for the doityourselfers at your home. Great place.
