We took our daughter here for her very first horseback riding lesson and they were amazing. They were patient, kind, and fantastic with teaching. Julia really made the most of our lesson and taught a lot of basics in just one visit. Our 8 year old, and we, walked away with big smiles and time and money well spent. Highly recommend.
I returned to riding as an adult after a ten year break and Julia made the transition so positive and fun. All of her horses are wonderfully cared for, her lessons are geared towards improvement while having fun, and overall the barn environment is so friendly. Heavenly Rose has something for everyone! I’ve transitioned from lessons, moving on to leasing, and currently board with Julia - HRE has a great program all the way around for kids and adults alike.
I have had multiple of my horses boarded at HRE for a couple of years now, they have been more than accommodating with all of horses “quirks” especially my one mare who needs rehab while she heals from a tendon injury, they personally made a medic paddock for her so she can still get outside time. They have made so many new renovations like expanded the outdoor and putting new footing in both indoor and outdoor. They keep top quality hay and get fed Poulin grain, which is an east coast based grain to help with certain vitamins and nutrients horses need in this area. They host shows, clinics and have an awesome riding program!
My horse and I could not ask for a better place to be. The area is scenic and relaxing, but most importantly, my horse is chunky, shiny, and happy! He has so much space to move and be a horse, and it makes me incredibly happy to be able to watch him enjoy every single day. I highly recommend Heavenly Rose Equestrian!
My wife an I an two friends went here yesterday "" we had the best time ever: The staff is so friendly and helpful. They really take their time an explain things to you,,,and that's a good thing,especially when your not a great rider. The horses are trained well,,and nice an clean.. The farm itself is very clean, the stables are clean. It was just a great fun filled experience. An the views on the trail is breathtaking. This place is a must to visit an their prices are great too. So on that note ( Happy Riding). I will be back again!!!!
