Trinity Reservations

We have used Trinity Reservations multiple times before cruising and more recently flying out of Newark. Every time the experience has been flawless. Great hotel options, parking and shuttle service and when you book its all included taxes and all so you have a clear price right up front. Will continue to book when we travel from an area they service. Thanks Trinity.

We just concluded our second cruise utilizing Trinity Reservation services, we booked a room and parking at the Embassy Suites in Elizabeth, NJ. We arrived from Maine early and met Tesha at the reception desk, she was extremely kind , professional and helpful . The breakfast was exceptional! Overall it was another exceptional experience thanks to Trinity Travel. And will be booking another trip soon out of Bayonne.

This is the 4th time my husband and I have booked with Trinity Reservations for our cruises out of Bayonne. Bruce and his team are amazing. From reservation to communication to the amazing drivers this is the only way to go if you are taking a cruise out of Bayonne. I recommend them to everyone I speak with. I cannot recommend this company enough! We were scheduled to cruise out of the Manhattan terminal and they made it so easy! We drove to Newark and checked in to our hotel (Springhill Suites). Our car stayed there for the week and we had a shuttle both to and from the terminal. It was the easiest and most cost effective way for us to do what we wanted to do regarding our cruise. We will tell everyone about this option!

10/10 would recommend! We left out of Brooklyn for a cruise on 6/4/23. We stayed at home 2 suites and loved how spacious the room was. Unfortunately the pool was closed and we weren’t able to use it. If you like Chinese, ORDER THE CHINESE for delivery! Best I’ve ever had! I never received the email from trinity with confirmation and was worried I wouldn’t get the information being a Saturday evening. Bruce replied early Sunday morning with the confirmation and all information needed. Our driver went to the wrong hotel for pick up but was still at the correct one before the pick up time. He didn’t speak much English so made for a long ride of listening to the radio in Spanish. Arrived at port safely! After the cruise, I called for a car and they had a driver with in minutes set to arrive. They informed us of the make model and color of the car. That driver spoke more English and also got us back to our car safely. I would absolutely use this service again and recommend it to others!
