5 Stars All The Way ! Was highly recommended by a good friend and they exceeded my expectations! Water started coming out of my dishwasher onto my wooden kitchen floors . Being that the dishwasher is over 20 years old , I thought the problem was just the problem . The water just kept pouring out of the dishwasher . Let me tell you something I called Hodges and spoke to a lovely lady named Claudia who was so pleasant and professional and promised me a call back within the hour . She was a woman to her word called back actually in about 15 minutes and told me that a plumber named Tom would be there in 10 minutes !!! Ten minutes! Tom came to my door as promised in 10 minutes and addressed the problem effectively and efficiently! He was professional and honest and in this day and age it’s rare to find those qualities! I highly recommend Hodges and Sons and now won’t use anyone else !
Side note : Called again on a Friday afternoon at 330 pm for clogged drain in kitchen and was greeted so kindly once again from Claudia . She sent her guys over within 30 minutes .Extremely professional and so so kind ! You will feel extremely comfortable opening your doors to them
Jaymee is one of the nicest and most knowledgeable guys in the business. Bo is equally kind and excels in his job. Claudia is always pleasant and stays on top of the job. We have had a few emergencies and Claudia never leaves me hanging. Jaymee has done exceptional work and he is very patient with our questions. We are so lucky to have such a dedicated team of professionals in our community. ❤️
