I had another plumber break a pipe in my kitchen causing tons of water damage. Jimmy with Harriets came out assessed the situation and went above and beyond to find the issue/ fix the issue and future proof the situation. And price was very fair. Amazing team doing the right thing for the right reasons. Unlike half these other companies owned by VC squeezing the customer. Highly recommend.
Harriett's Plumbing and Water Treatment provided excellent plumbing service when a tub drain and sink drain were clogged. They arrived on time, assessed and explained the problem, performed the required repairs, left the area clean of debris, and explained how to avoid the problem in the future. I'll definitely call Harriett's for any future plumbing needs.

I had my 31 year old hot water heater replaced with a tankless heater. The service I received was excellent. These guys have been our friendly neighborhood superheroes since we moved into town. At this point we wouldn’t use anyone else. Our heating combo unit stopped working after a storm recently. We had no heat or hot water. Another company tried to tell us a new part would cost $2000. We waited 5 days in the cold. Each day they said the part hadn’t arrived yet. So we called Harriet’s. They arrived same-day and basically just reset the system. There was no new part needed. We really appreciate Harriett’s honesty and quick response. They will be the first company we call going forward!
