    Brian was fantastic to work with. Professional, kind and patient to get me the electrical services that I needed at a price that worked for me. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I feel confident when the jobs are complete, I will be very happy. Hopefully I found the electrician that I can rely on for all my future needs.

    Had Krise Services to the house for a plumbing issue. Tyler could not have been more pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional!!! The office staff is top notch as well, understood my issue, was very nice, and got me on the schedule as soon as possible. Very pleased!

    Water heater inlet nipple leak and flooding basement at 2pm weekday. Owner not home (me) but home cleaner notifies me of problem.
    Call to Krise services, taken by AI. They can come the next day at 8am. I called back. Got a person to whom I expressed my dislike of AI. She said they could be there Monday (5 days later). I expressed disbelief since we are good customers and I would be without water for 5 days. She called back and said a tech was nearby and would come when finished with the call he was on.
    20 minutes later the technician arrived. The technician was great. He solved the problem and it ended up being warranty work. I have not ever had a technician problem. And up until the AI, I have been pleased.
    The AI adds to your stress, the expression of my dislike of the AI caused me to perhaps wait 5 days. It was an emergency, but my emergency was not treated as valid because I expressed my dislike of the AI. I had to insist the emergency. The customer service is not as good as the technicians but you have to go through them first.
    Don’t express dislike for something when you have an emergency I learned. Even if they ask you for a review.

    My installer, Cole was a nice polite young man, that respected my home and his work area! He worked safety, and completed his tasks efficiently in a workmen like manner! I had ask him to put some duct seal in the bottom and top of the new mast head for me and he had no problem with doing it! Good neat clean install! Thank you Cole and Krise electric company!
