I am so very happy with my experience from JDM. From the initial call to the excellent service, this company is professional and efficient. They wired our above ground pool with little damage to our property. The price was reasonable and they were so thorough and got us the permit info in record time. All home improvement companies should take a lesson from this company. Thank you James and staff.
The office associate was friendly, responsive and could be counted on to move things forward. The electrician came to my house on time to complete several jobs, and to briefly discuss a future job I was planning.
After completing the smaller jobs - he informed me that he could not complete the larger job due to inadequate working space in the attic. I assumed that the bill would be adjusted accordingly. Only a very small amount was removed from the bill!
He also told me that I would receive an estimate I requested (for the job to be scheduled later) after he returned to the office. Although I followed up with the office - I never received the estimate I needed. I never heard back from JDM.
Very disappointed.
Contacted JDM to install a fan and wiring. They got back to me very quickly to schedule the install. On the day of, their crew was quick and efficient- in and out in a couple hours, and cleaned up any mess they had made. I'll definitely use them again for any electrical project I have to complete.
We had an emergency and James came right out to our business and repaired it temporarily so we didn't have to close down. He did a 400 amp electrical panel service for us and everything went as smooth as can be. He worked with the Township for us and got the job done quickly. Everything is now working as it should. What a great crew.
This company is awsome! I hired them to install a fan/ heater/light/exhaust that another electrician installed completely wrong. Not only did they install it right they noticed that the exhaust in the attic was not connected properly. They ran to Homedepo to get the part and fixed it at no extra charge. I am so happy to find a dependable honest electrician. Thanks again guys!
