Have had the pleasure of meeting Gary several times.
Even w the Holidays last yr he was accessible, arrived in a timely manner, explained my plumbing options&was very reasonable w regard to what he charged me.
Recently my toilet stopped working completely~
He called me personally first thing the next day :)

He was patient, professional&talked kindly(called him silly) to my pup Pludo 🐶.

My husband found Gary while doing a google search and after he read the reviews we decided to call. We were shocked to have someone pick up the phone as we’ve tried reaching out for a few other local plumbers. I explained the situation with Gary and he stated that our issue was actually quite common. He was able to come by next day and was actually early! He was lucky to have the part needing replacement and was able to fix the issue really quick! He explained what he did and educating me on how to tell if that part was no longer good. While we was here he was also able to provide a few other quotes and I couldn’t believe how affordable he is! Being in a home that’s over 40 years old and hardly renovated, we’re always scared of the repair bills! We’re so grateful Gary himself picked up the phone on our first call and completed the job himself next day! I’m glad to say we found our plumber and we couldn’t be any happier! Thank you Gary!!!

Gary is experienced, knowledgeable and extremely honest and fair. I utilized his services about a year ago to fix a leaking pipe, he took care of it the same day and was prompt and professional. Today I had an issue with a pump in our basement. Rather than come over, charge a call fee and whatever else, he helped me troubleshoot the issue over the phone, saving me tons of time an money. I can't thank him enough. I will be sure to refer everyone his way.
