My hot water heater went on a Sunday night, by Monday noon time it was replaced, could not be happier my wife and daughter were very thankful that is was so quick!!!!

After purchasing the brand McGinty plumbing suggested they had to come out on two separate occasions after originally installing our shower handle upside down. This was inconvenient however understood. It was unfortunate that the situation and confusion was blamed on the new model we purchased for our bathroom. We did appreciate how promptly they showed up each time to eventually fix the problem.

I have used them 3 times (as a new customer this year). Jack was fantastic. Knowledgeable, skilled, personable, patient, and honest. He is always looking for ways to NOT perform unnecessary work, which is quite rare. Robin in the office is wonderful as well. They have my business for good! *****😊

We had a major plumbing problem with the main sewer line which had to be replaced. Since our home is built on a concrete foundation, the job involved jackhammering the cement to have access to the plumbing. Our entire experience dealing with McGinty Plumbing was positive. Robin, the office manager is very nice to deal with & arranged for a prompt appointment. Ryan was very professional in every aspect of this undertaking. He & his team did the job replacing the sewer line in a timely manner with the least possible disruption. They were all courteous & respectful of our home. We have recommended his company to others who have also been very pleased with their work. We have used other plumbers but Ryan is the best!
