My water system wasn’t working efficiently and was experiencing issues. Marlins answered right away and got me on the schedule within 2 days of calling. 2 gentleman showed up and were so friendly and took the time to explain the whole system and what the problem was. They also serviced my whole system and descaled my water heater. Very professional, kind and great pricing. Highly recommend!
Today was my first installation with Marlins. The entire experience was excellent from estimate to appointment. Joe was very knowledgeable about my particular issues, and gave me very fair pricing. I liked all the communication throughout the entire process- email, text, and phone calls. Joe and Justin arrived on time, and I had my kitchen drain diverted from dry well to main house drain line, and a new water heater installed. I found Marlins after doing some research and was very impressed by all the positive reviews. I would highly recommend this knowledge, reliable, professional team for any plumbing issues. 5 stars ⭐️ all the way !!
My second review 2/19/25: Today I got a new kitchen faucet installed by Justin and Joe. My old one was leaking and this new Moen has a lifetime warranty and it’s modern and sleek. Joe and Justin communicated with me during the day and arrived exactly on time. I’m so happy to have such a wonderful plumbing team !! 5 ⭐️
Marlins water service has exceptional customer service. I called on Thursday and spoke with Charles they had me scheduled, and replaced my water heater less than 24 hours later. Pricing was amazing and Charles was very transparent from the beginning. He gave me the worst case scenario (most expensive outcome) and the best case (cheaper/more affordable outcome). Thank god it all worked out as planned and i got the best case scenario and best price. I will be using Marlins only for all my plumbing/well water needs.
I've had a great experience with Marlin's. We've unfortunately been dealing with a number of plumbing problems this year, and Joe has been there throughout the process to not only do efficient and fairly priced work, but to also offer guidance and input on our more complicated problems. Communication was great, which is refreshing when so many contractors seem to just disappear when you need them. I also appreciate that I was treated with respect and got straightforward and detailed information about the work. It's amazing how many contractors don't think I know what's going on because I'm a woman, or are dismissive of my questions. Keep up the great work!
Marlins Water Service were a great company to work with. What turned out to be a mystery leak in my kitchen ended up being a big job! The bathtub had to be replaced and the plumbing reworked…and they did a phenomenal job! They were quick, responsive and checked in after to make sure everything was working.
So then I hired them to replace the faucet and sink in my kitchen.
I had a great experience with this company and Joe, my contact through the experience, responded quickly, was professional and kind. I highly recommend them!
