KT Customs

We recently hired KT Customs for a full garage conversion, and I’m really happy with how everything turned out. The finished space looks wonderful, and Kevin's coordination with the subcontractors, especially the electrician, was smooth and efficient.

In the very beginning, we had a few hiccups with scheduling consultations and locking in meeting times, but once the project officially got underway, the workflow was steady and organized. He kept things moving as quickly as possible, and although inspection timelines were outside of his control, I’m glad we followed the full inspection process because everything was done up to code and with care.

I also ask a lot of questions (I own that!), and while I could sometimes sense a little impatience, he still took the time to answer every single one. I appreciate that.

Overall, we're pleased with the quality of the work and the professionalism throughout the project. We would recommend him for anyone looking to do a home upgrade or conversion.

KT Customs did an awesome job from start to finish. We started out with a simple bathroom remodel and ended up remodeling all three of our bathrooms, installing a ceiling fan, installing a new front door and painting most of the interior of the house. We brought him back to repair a leak and replace the flooring under the sink. They are extremely fair in their pricing. I will use this company for all future work we may need. Thank you KT Customs.
