He did a great job came over when he said he was coming over popped my heater in and off he went. It was personable on a very chilled out guy. We both do cat rescue I found out. Not a hardhead like a lot of these contractors trying to sell you brand new systems is their only goal.( Believe me I’ve called several and their young guys just starting their career and they call my 11 year-old high efficiency Lennox system a dinosaur. Please sit down with my salesman and discuss a new one. every single tech does that even if it’s just a blower motor on your furnace and never a problem with anything else on the system, they all try to get you for a two hour sit down on a new one yeah Lennox is expensive and instead of a $300 blower you’re gonna spend six or 700 just for the blower). I’m gonna turn into the hard head and next time one of those text tell me from these massive companies. I’m gonna tell them get the hell out of my house. You don’t know how many people older people they probably rip off by saying well 1000 for the blower motor and then if this part goes, it’s another 500+400 labor and this other small part might go for 300 and then it’s another 4 to 5 for labor now you’re into 3500 for another three or 4000. I can have a brand new system that’ll last you to rescue your life. . Do the repair take a chance it’s ridiculous. I’ll continue to do it my way. Unless there’s no way out of a repair like a cracked heater exchanger, I won’t replace because the repair may last you 3, 4, 5+ years easy. If it’s a once a year breakdown, that’s a different story. The way the economy is that makes more sense to me than spending 13,000 on a new lower efficiency system. Would you trash your car because you need a $1200 repair on engine gasket? He will help you with a repair Unless he thinks it’s not worth it. in my case is different. My units whistle clean and everything‘s functionableable on an12 y/o unit so this will be my second small repair in 12 years.

Tampering with someones work so you can get money from an escrow account is illegal. He just left there and tightened down real good.and 2 min later they are calling back,its leaking again. The part was obviosly tampered with He spent his time telling some 20 year old how the drainer works on the sink. And the so called builder is clueless. I will bet you a quarter he tampered with it himself. Looking for an excuse to call someone else. The homeowner is trying to get the money out of an escrow account on our dime.. Admitted she ran the cold line for 20min. on a humid day and could not grasp the meaning of condensation.
