He takes the time to explain to you what is happening and what he needs to do. Most recently, he rearranged his schedule on short notice to help accommodate a pressing plumbing issue I was having! Not only that, but after another company had told me that I was going to need an expensive part, Jack found the part I needed in his truck and performed the same job for several hundred dollars less than the other company was charging. Had an issue with ejector pump in the basement and reached out to Mr. Jack for help. He reviewed and came back another day to fix the issue. He first tried to make sure the motor was fine which it was. His work was clean and thorough. Quite happy to find a reliable plumbing expert in my area.
