    I just called the Drs office to ask a SIMPLE, elementary question about billing, and the receptionist, Lucille was very rude to me.....talked down to me like I was nothing....she didn't understand what I was trying to say! I am very upset right now. I'm considering finding a different neurologist, although I like Dr Monastersky.
