Helpful, clean, on-time, great bedside manner and took the time to explain all facets of the work being performed and what I could expect. Had to see them unexpectedly for a quick follow-up and they took me right in and were really helpful, I only had services from Dr. Silverman, he was excellent!!
The staff was friendly and helpful. The doctor was great. He explained everything so I could understand the issue I was having. This is a great group. Highly recommend.
I highly recommend Dr Silverman and his staff. I was terrified of having a tooth pulled, and it was actually the easiest thing I’ve ever had done. The staff is so completely professional, but also effective with feelings of dread! Dr. Silverman is very soft spoken and locate and set the ambience for What turned out to be a good experience
Dr Silverman and all staff members were super kind and attentive (and fun, not a word often heard in relation to ORAL SURGERY). It was a painless and easy experience! Though I hope I never need them again, I won’t hesitate if I do!
Dr. Press and Dr. Silverman are oral surgeons extraordinaire! They are kind, gentle, supportive, caring and terrific listeners. The staff are lovely, warm and caring as well. All three children have completed wisdom surgery with these doctors, with one child experiencing everything that could go wrong due to a small mouth and deeply impacted teeth. The support, care & attentiveness of this whole practice has left me wow’ed. My child who is extremely anxious is comfortable here knowing she will be cared for, spoken with in a gentle manner, and listened to. My deepest thanks to the whole crew at Madison Avenue Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Associates!
