Simple Bare Necessities

Simple Bare Necessities is one of my favorite local spots! The store is always clean, bright, and so well organized, which makes refilling super easy. Mikaela and her team are always friendly, helpful, and happy to answer questions or offer suggestions when I’m not sure what to try next.

I love the variety of spices and being able to buy just the amount I need—it cuts down on waste and keeps my kitchen from getting cluttered. It’s also amazing having a local place to grab self-care and cleaning products that are simple, safe, and better for my family. I always leave feeling good about what I’m bringing home!

First time visiting today & wont be my last! Harley was super helpful & kind! My fiancé and I were welcomed with a tour & learned so much about the products. I highly recommend a visit. Cant wait to come back!

I went in just to browse and the employee was so nice with answering all of my questions! They have such a great variety in the store of stuff you can get and I cant wait to go and stock up on all the goods I need. Even better there is a pay what you want craft store in the back that was well stocked and very organized. So glad to have a store like this in Sparta.
If your worried about having containers they have some in a donation bin that you can use for free!

Words can’t express how important this store is! It’s curated to have the environment in mind but also hosts events that greatly augments the community. Sparta is soooo lucky to have Mikaela and her team. :)

I am so grateful to have such a great refill shop so close to home! I love being able to pick up everything from cleaning supplies to chocolate chips in one trip. The quality of their products is fantastic. The community jar station is helpful for those times when I forget my containers. They’ve thought of nearly everything and yet they also don’t rest on their laurels; every time I visit, they’ve made some kind of enhancement to their already wonderful services or added a great new product. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I love being able to shop at a store that not only provides a pleasant experience but also aligns with my values.
