Dr. B worked with my daughter starting when she was only 3 years old for a severe maxillary deficiency that was causing her airway to be constricted. My daughter would routinely wake up in a full panic at night not able to breathe. Dr. B is one of (what seems to be only a very few!) orthodontists in the area who understands that early intervention can be absolutely crucial, especially in a case like my daughter's. My daughter was successfully able to complete her palate expansion (two separate expanders a few months apart) and achieve ~15mm in expansion. She now sleeps and breathes extremely well! She is much better rested and able to be well-regulated and in a good mood. I do not even want to imagine what she would be going through if she hadn't been able to get the expansion. We are so relieved Dr. B has the expertise, compassion and patience and tenacity to have helped us. This is extremely important work!

I bring my 2 daughters here for their orthodontic treatment and we’re very happy with the service! Dr Baurmash and staff are wonderful and very accommodating to our needs. We definitely recommend!
Dr. Baurmash is phenomenal. We took out daughter there initially for a consult regarding a tooth that came in behind an existing baby tooth. She gave us an honest opinion to come back in a year or so. However, she asked us if my son had sleeping issues. She then told me my sons entire medical history just by looking at him. At the time, he was not sleeping more than 3 hours straight at night (he was about 5 years old at the time.) He was fitted with a palette expander and in a few months he was sleeping through the night. It was unbelievable. Before meeting Dr. Baurmash, we had him sleep tested and he came back with sleep apnea. Initially, we were going to have his tonsils removed. But because of the expander he avoided unnecessary surgery. We are so thankful for all Dr. Baurmash has done for us! She's really an intuitive and brilliant doctor who puts the needs of her patients first.
