Dr. Aykut Unsal

Since I was very young, I always struggled with sinus issues. Within the past three years, I have been getting horrible sinus infections a few times a year. My primary said I should seek out an ENT. One of the Drs said I need to get my deviated septum repaired. I went for a 2nd opinion as my primary said that's a difficult recovery. The 2nd opinion said I really don't need it repaired. A friend of mine recommended her ENT which is Dr. Unsal. He spent about 30 minutes with me and asked what treatments I had previously tried such as medicine and he put me on a rinse. I saw him for a follow up and we agreed to move forward with the surgery. It was by far one of the best decisions I ever made... I can actually breathe now! Dr. Unsal does not use packing, he stiches and that's what made the difference compared to others I've talked to. The day after surgery was the roughest only with pressure as everything is trying to figure out where to drain to but I had zero bruising and felt great by two later. I would highly recommend Dr. Unsal and his team!

Dr Unsal is wonderful he is caring and takes his time explaining everything to you. I have been battling sinus problems all my life so 6 years ago I had sinus surgery at Jefferson by a different doctor but it did not work so went to Dr Unsal and we decided to do another surgery and I am very happy that I did because Dr Unsal was able to finally fix my problem and I can breath pretty good now. I highly recommend Dr Unsal!

Dr. Unsal is the best. I’m glad I found him. He is very attentive and professional. He spent his time with me, explaining everything in detail. He did amazing job fixing my deviated septum so now finally I can breath normally. The stuff at his office is friendly and the wait time is short. People at the Bucks Jefferson Hospital, where he did the surgery, are also very nice and caring.

Great Doctor. He listened. He explained so I could understand. He made me feel comfortable so I wasn't a nervous wreck. Most importantly he is helping me figure out what is wrong with my ears. I been suffering for over 6months now, tons of doc visits, and finally I'm getting help to figure it out. I'm so glad my mother told me to go see Doctor Unsal and referred me here. His Staff was pleasant towards me. Not judgemental and they even know how to have a laugh. They were booked up and I still didn't wait to long, but even if I would have had to wait it would have been well worth it for me. I feel better just knowing I have a end in sight to my issue and ways He can fix it. I'd give 100 stars if I could.
