Great experience at Doc’s Urgent Care in Southington. The service was excellent and efficient, and the staff was very professional. The girls who work there were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which really made the visit comfortable. Highly recommend this location for quality care and great customer service.
My first time here, the ladies were so nice and kind. My arm / shoulder pain has been unbearable, they were empathic and heard me out when I told them about how the pain has been impacting my day to day activities. The PA asked discovery questions to get a better understanding so she can help me properly and gave me guidance to ensure I did the best I can to ease my pain while tests get done in the meantime. She is a pure professional.
They prescribed what would help ease pain and inflammation, sent me for an xray the following day and I don’t feel it could have gone any better. The wait wasn’t too bad either. I’m 100% satisfied and grateful.
I have been to many offices in CT, but this is the only office that has been so efficient in their work. Everything is taken care of really fast. Cynthia Balabat is probably the best doctor I have ever met. The front desk nurses are also amazing in their job. Great attitudes. I love them. Honestly no matter how many good things I say, it is not enough for them because they have truly brought my faith back on doctors.
The whole process went great. Almost no waiting. Dr. and staff were so pleasant and friendly. They all had great personalities. Explained everything in detail to us and answered all of our questions. Would definitely go there again should the need arise.
I’ve had on going issues with my health but today I feel I’ve finally gotten down to the bottom of what needs to be treated. I really appreciate the staff here. They were patient, worked diligently, listened to my needs and worked effectively to get me treated. Thanks yall!
