Raizy was my midwife for my first when we lived in Jersey. I’m now pregnant with my second out of state and only through this pregnancy and midwife search have I come to fully understand how lucky I was to have Raizy as my midwife the first time around.

So many midwives are simply extensions of the medical system. Not Raizy. She truly listens, respects the autonomy of families, and also holds space for safety within your birth.

Anyone would be lucky to have her as their midwife!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Raizy and her team. From the very beginning, their care was so personalized—they were truly invested not only in my health but also in my emotional well-being throughout pregnancy and birth. Having had my first daughter in a hospital, the difference in experience was tremendous. At home, everything felt calm, loving, and incredible. The preparation and support before and during birth made me feel completely cared for, and afterward everything was cleaned up so quickly and seamlessly.

I genuinely love these midwives and wouldn’t have wanted my birth experience any other way. They gave me and my family true human care, and it was worth every penny. Everyone deserves this level of compassion and expertise.

Choosing Raizy for our homebirth was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. From the very first meeting, she created a space of trust, calm, and confidence. After the initial consultation, my husband and I felt like she was a good friend with an incredible knowledge and great experience. Thanks to them, we welcomed our baby in the comfort of our home, surrounded by love and peace. The postpartum care was just as incredible—gentle check-ins, medical expertise, and real emotional care that helped us feel supported and confident during those early weeks. We are so happy that Raizy and her team were able to guide us during this process!

When I found out I was pregnant, I immediately started thinking about my birth plan and all the horror stories I’d heard from the women in my life. I knew I wanted my experience to be different and that’s how we found Raizy. I looked forward to every prenatal appointment because I truly enjoyed being in her presence. Raizy is knowledgeable, gentle, and calm. I felt at ease, trusted my body, and connected to my baby because of her. My home birth unraveled exactly the way it was supposed to, without intervention or interruption. And when my daughter took longer than normal to breathe on her own, Raizy and her colleague, Janis, stepped in. Raizy sets a very high standard of care and I highly recommend her services.
