Goncalo Esteves is the heart and soul of Self Defense for All. He is truly passionate about teaching and very knowledgeable about martial arts, health, nutrition, and fitness. He adopts a scientific approach and is constantly evolving his teachings to more cutting-edge approaches. Goncalo goes out of his way to be there for us, tailoring training for beginners and seasoned students alike, so everyone gets exactly what they need. He’s building a tight community where we all push to level up our self-defense skills for ourselves and our families. Truly one of a kind!
Great atmosphere and very welcoming to all! My 10 year old son and I started 2 weeks ago and we have been enjoying ourselves. Not only are the instructors good but all the other participants are great working with us. Highly recommend!
Goncalo and the team are great trainers, very supportive and helpful. Goncalo has helped push me to get in shape and even checks in with me during the week to make sure my goals are being pursued. 10/10 would recommend for anyone of any age range to try out self defense 4 all.
