Eight weeks ago, I had XLIF Spinal Fusion and a disc replacement. Dr. Karukonda was very thorough in explaining the procedure beforehand and did a wonderful job with the surgery. It was a complete success. After being in the hospital overnight, I was up walking the next day and climbing stairs with no problem after returning home. The first two weeks home I was walking a mile once per day and twice a day afterwards. I am still in the process of healing from the surgery which is normal, especially at my age, but after 20 years of suffering, I’m thankful to be walking without the original back pain. Thanks Dr. K!
I had lumbar spinal surgery to relieve severe sciatica. There were some complications during the procedure, but the surgeon handled them with great skill and care. Recovery was difficult as expected at my age, but the constant leg pain is now gone. We’re very grateful — the surgery has restored mobility and improved quality of life.

I saw Dr Zarah and was very happy. He is welcoming, friendly, amusing, explained everything that he recommended and how we should proceed. He diagnosed the problems, I understood and agreed. He treated me on the spot. I hope I don't need him again but if I do, I'll call him right away.
