My appointment was approximately 15 minutes late, but as always, the front window staff is knowledgeable and friendly, quick and efficient. The usual exams were given by trained professionals, Dr. Robinson never fails to ask questions, check my progress and prescribe necessary items or procedures. Everyone is aware of my extreme sensitivity to light and the array of eyedrops, and this year worked to make the experience much better. I highly recommend Dr. Robinson and Starling to anyone looking for an ophthalmologist.
My first visit to Starling was on Saturday 1/10/2026. It was an unexpected and pleasant appointment. Dr. Robinson is exceptional in explanation what the eye looks like inside. Needless to say, I was impressed.
My 1st appointment was on 12/3/25 for an eye exam. Getting an appointment that wasn't a month or two away was amazing! The times and days they had available were excellent. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. I didn't wait long to get called in back and the exam was streamlined. No waiting in between. Dr Robinson was quick and efficient. I'm going to look into booking other kinds of appointments with them as well. I'll definitely be returning, and letting people know what a great experience I had.
Dr. Robinson does a thorough job and has a good doctor/patient ethic. My ONLY complaint is the waiting time. I waited 50 minutes past my appointment time to begin the whole process. Other people in the waiting room had the same experience. Not sure why or how this could be corrected.
