Dr. Lokchander is one of the most thorough doctors I’ve ever been to. He is incredibly caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable. His bedside manner is absolutely wonderful — he takes the time to explain everything in great detail so that you fully understand. I can’t recommend him highly enough for all of your GI needs!
Doctor Lockchandler has been my doctor for many years. His attention to detail and ability to diagnose issues is the skill many other doctors do not have. On one occasion , I believe he saved my life and his diagnosis prevented me from having an incorrect treatment for the condition I had. Currently, he is over seeing my care at my age of 76. He treats me attentively, advises me and is always vigilant
in attending to my care.
While this doctor is very thorough, he has no regard Whatsoever in regard to how valuable your time is. Each visit is a minimum of 45 minutes in the waiting room and another minimum of 30 minutes in the Exam room.
When I went for my colonoscopy, the anesthesiologist and nursing staff were taking bets on how long it would be before he showed up. It was close to an hour.
Also, his nurse was very rude to us when we complained about how long we had to wait for our follow up visit. We were there for an hour and a half for a follow up visit for test results when a phone call would sufficed.
Dr Lokchander and his amazing staff made my office visit an absolute pleasure. Kind and caring, extremely knowledgeable.
