I had a great experience. I had a doppler scan. Tech was great. I had no wait. Place is clean and staff is friendly. The girls who answer the phone were always polite and helpful.

I have been going to Bristol Radiology for over a decade and I have only gotten exceptionally professional and caring service here. The staff go out of there way to make patients feel comfortable and relaxed and heard. I ask alot of questions, and never did i feel like i was a nuisance to them. I highly recommend this provider. I actually moved out of the area and still drive back to use them. Thank you Staff.your are treasured especially now in this changing field of the American Health care climate.

Very nice, but they don’t appear to have their stuff together. They first called me to schedule an ultrasound that my doctor ordered, but they didn’t have my paperwork in front of them when they called, so I was immediately put on hold (shouldn’t they have been prepared with whatever they needed, as they were the ones who called me?). After 10 minutes of waiting I was disconnected. I called back several days later to try again to schedule and was told I missed my appointment. Apparently they schedule appointments without informing the patient? When I rescheduled and finally made it to the office, they told me they couldn’t perform the ultrasound as they needed my mammogram screening results sent to them first. Why didn’t they tell me or my doctor this before they had me come in? Again, perfectly nice people, but all they have done so far is waste my time. I took time off of work to get this ultrasound done, and will now need to take more time off to try again. Hoping they work some of these kinks out and that I have a better and smoother experience when I go back🤞
