From the moment we first connected with Danielle from Dkol photography to start this amazing process leading to the wedding day, she was so professional but very warm and welcoming at the same time. She eased our nerves and understood what we had in mind for every session leading up to the ceremony and reception. At our engagement shoot, she helped us to relax and just be ourselves. She truly captured our love and who we are as couple. She made the session fun and was always willing to go the extra mile to get the perfect image of us. When the big day arrived, I’m not sure if she knew how truly nervous I was but her presence was a calming force. No matter what, whether things were on schedule or behind, she always remained positive and offered helpful solutions. She really put my mind at ease. Her second shooter Dan, was just as positive and helpful as Danielle. He truly was able to convey the story of the groomsmen brotherhood the morning of the wedding and reveal their larger than life personalities. During the wedding, he was also a calming force. Danielle and Dan made Pete and I, embrace every moment of the day and not sweat the small stuff but stay focused on the bigger picture which was the beauty of our love. The images that we received already from our wedding day are absolutely breathtaking. The story that each picture conveys is magical. I found Danielle back when I had my second baby. After that initial session I knew that I would be using Dkol to capture some of our greatest memories. She is so easy going, making a photo session seem like another day in our crazy life. I've since done a La Femme session with Danielle and wouldn't have done it with anyone else. When we were looking for that perfect photographer to capture our new baby we received a recommendation for dKol Photography. From the first moment we met Danielle, we knew she was exactly what we were looking for! From the first session with our 3 year old and newborn baby, when she came into our home, she began capturing the most precious moments. Danielle was patient and kind and our older son warmed up to her instantly. Her photographs hang on the walls in our home as moments frozen in time. Memories of an age we'll never forget! Danielle returned to our family for our son's 6 month and 1 year birthdays to photograph us again. We all had a blast!

We did our son's 6 month session in our home as well. It was amazing to see Danielle find these places in our house that were perfect for taking photos! She captured every laugh and smile, every sweet look and embrace. Capturing our family of 4 perfectly! She even took the most amazing photo of my me and my husband that is so delicate and loving. A beautiful reminder of how our family began.

For our son's 1st birthday we took the photo shoot outside. Danielle took us to a few beautiful places along the waterfront. She captured the true joy of our two sons playing together and many beautiful combinations of the children separately, one-on-one with each parent, the children together with each parent and our family of 4.

Danielle is a multi talented photographer, being able to capture so many different elements of life with a love for the details and for what she does.
