Elemental Health made me feel truly heard. Instead of overwhelming me, they helped address my issue with simple, practical changes I could actually stick to day to day. Very supportive and approachable care, and completely the polar opposite of the traditional medical healthcare system.

Dr. Steph was phenomenal. It was such a change of pace to get to sit down with a doctor and have an appointment last for more than 5 minutes. I appreciated her knowledge, and ability to review my labs and things together and come up with clear, actionable steps I could implement the very next day that Weren’t just generic “here take this pill” types of solution. If you are looking for practical next steps, and a deeper understanding for your body I couldn’t recommend her more.

Steph is extremely thorough and knowledgeable in her approach to health! She combines blood work with in depth questions to help you figure out ways of approaching your health. Since our first meeting my headaches are down by 70%, my sugar cravings have lessened (still there but manageable) and I’m feeling a bit better.
Steph gives me the tools that I implement into my life and the support I need in changing my habits. It takes effort on your part, but if you are willing to put that work in you will have the tools to change your own health journey!
