I started with Warlock Fitness approximately 3 weeks ago . I am currently working one on one with the coaches (On Ramp)who are all excellent and helping me work towards my goals , one of those being to start actual crossfit classes. I was so nervous to start but so thankful that I did. From the coaches to the members everyone has been welcoming and friendly from day one which truly means alot when you are new. WF is not just a gym but truly a community and it shows . I highly recommend Warlock Fitness, so glad I did.

Love, Love, Love Warlock Fitness! Atmosphere, staff and coaches are all kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Coach Maddy has worked with me the last three months and has made a world of difference for me! She has helped change my life for the better! Things I never thought I could do are now possible! Coach Amy is wonderful as well. I can’t imagine not taking her classes! I love my gym time now!

The coaching staff and community at the gym are awesome! They definitely go above and beyond to provide a great experience. The gym is always clean, the equipment is always in great condition. Since becoming a member I've been steadily moving towards my goals of losing weight and improving my overall health and look forward to continue doing so.

Excellent facility, staff, and atmosphere. Erik and his team make it feel more like a family facility than a fitness facility. All the coaches are very knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly. The members are welcoming and very supportive of one another. Warlock has become a part of my family, as now in addition to myself, my husband and son now belong as well.

Transform your life, your health, your body, and your mindset at Warlock! It is the space & culture where One Betters themselves. I am the Healthiest and in the BEST overall physical condition I have ever been in my life since starting CrossFit at Warlock over 7 yrs ago! A very special motivating place to experience a tremendous amount of support and growth in reaching your overall health goals no matter what level you are at - whether you are just curious, want to learn more, want to dive in headfirst, or have experience with CrossFit. The Upper-Level accredited coaches provide individualized attention and a purposeful focus on correct FORM (to avoid injuries). I have taken advantage of all they have to offer as far as a “comprehensive health” approach. For example: I do nutrition counseling, one-on-one training, semi-private (4 people) training, and regular group classes. There is also focus on sleep/recovery and flexibility/stretching. My blood pressure is better than normal, my cholesterol and other bloodwork are exceptional, my resting heart rate in the 50’s is equivalent to a true athlete.

I had a scare with cancer, and with no exaggeration, EVERY. SINGLE. DOCTOR. and healthcare professional, even the questionnaires, (at the Epicenter of cancer at Memorial Sloan Kettering), asked what I do for physical activity during my examination? I said “I do CrossFit 6 days a week”. EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM said “that’s amazing, keep doing what you’re doing”. Even most recently, the Chief of Pulmonology locally, whom is also my physician, said "doing CrossFit as often as you do is a clinical presentation in and of itself, which is more than enough to tell me about your health and (lack of) symptoms! I know what's involved with CrossFit and know people who do that - if you can get through those workouts, say no more..."
I wholeheartedly believe if I wasn’t as fit or mentally tough, I would’ve never gotten through it the way that I did. And things are good now.

I’ve been to traditional gyms since I was 13 yrs old but never experienced a workout program that encompasses weight-lifting, strength training, cardiovascular, core work, and flexibility/ calisthenics all in one session. Being plugged into a system takes the guesswork and motivation factor out of it. I show up every day and do the pre-programmed workouts because I know I have to because “it’s what I do” and is a part of who I am now. I don’t feel right when I don’t show up. The excuses, the self-doubt, the internal questioning of whether I’m feeling motivated that day - are ALL GONE!

The best “unexpected” piece to all of this is that everything else in my life has ELEVATED! The mental toughness I’ve acquired through hard workouts and pushing my body and mind to further reaches than I could ever have imagined, has transpired into being a better salesperson, being more productive in my job and family life, being more creative, and being able to grind through the hard things easier because I’ve learned to work through the pain and burn. Warlock is an awesome inspiring community that comes together for you and pulls for you… especially when you need it the most! The owners and coaches are AMAZING and I am so grateful to them and the community/culture they have built…
