Friendly considerate staff. I appreciated the form I was given in the waiting room. The questions were important for everyone- especially senior citizens.
The staff was pleasant. Although when I arrived there was no one around. I wondered if they were havinga fire drill.
My visit was quick and painless, not that I was expecting pain. I am more concerned about the fact that I haven't received a follow up from his nurse or other. I don't seem to be improving much.
Staff was courteous and welcoming. Shelby came to take me into the office almost immediately. She was thorough and personable. Dr. Shanmugam came into the office within a few minutes. He is always professional and thorough, asks appropriate questions, answers any questions I might have. Very satisfied with this Practice!
Very good environment and helpful doctor. He answered my questions and put me at ease about my concerns about my issues. I look forward to my visits with him. He is knowledgeable and listened to my concerns.
