Very efficient,friendly and professional clinic. They treat you like family. That's the beauty of smaller clinics. The doctor is very knowledgeable and helpful during treatment. Highly recommend this podiatrist.
I have been seeing Dr. Brockinton since this summer and I’ll tell you what he’s The third Podiatrist I’ve seen for this condition. he is simply marvelous. He’s knowledgeable. He’s informative he’s patient and he’s also good looking. Their office staff is pretty much all of the above. Also, if you’re looking for a good group of Podiatrist, this is the place to go.
Dr Brockington is always Awesome. Very knowledgeable in how to treat my feet.
The office staff from the front to the medical assistant is always nice. They get me in when needed, and sometimes I can call to get an earlier appointment when needed. 😊
I travel 45 minutes to see Dr. Brockington. I had a bad experience with prior care. I have been through surgery and found Dr. Brockington had amazing knowledge and is very caring about my overall health. Strongly recommend you come here.
I called and made an appointment after a referral was sent from a walk in (per insurance request)
Upon arrival they did not have any appointments for me in the system nor did they have my information at ALL…. but still took me which is great I was even willing to reschedule but she said they had time anyway. After being seen (2 weeks ago) I never got my prescription sent to my pharmacy (after week one I called… now week 2) STILL NOTHING!!!!
I have an appointment one month from original appointment to check status of healing that I now have to reschedule because what status? I don’t even have the medication or even a call back!
I double checked with pharmacy and still nothing.
Between the last 2 weeks I’ve spoken to someone twice and have called 4 more times and nothing.
This is very frustrating.. so I have to find ANOTHER referral??? And go else where? The doctor was super nice but this is ridiculous at this point
