The entire team that took part in my procedure to remove my 5 teeth where exceptional. But a special mention for Britney the nurse who assisted the doctor. Continually checking in with me to see how I was doing, giving me breaks between shots and keeping me calm and aware of what was going on to not startle me. Highly appreciated care by all and highly recommended for all of your dental needs!
Dr.Khalfan is excellent. Knowledable and informative. I appr coated the time he took to actual speak to me about the process of my procedure and all my questions. And all staff I’ve dealt with has been nothing but respectful and kind, And also experienced in their work.
Dr Mazzola was amazing , he made me feel so comfortable, they kept being so sanitary the entire time. His assistant was so sweet and kept make sure I was okay . He made my temporary’s beautiful I can only imagine my permanents. Thankyou for a great experience to all the staff .
Wonderful Dr Mazzola and his assistant Kate! Instead of putting on my temp crown again they put on my new crown which I was not prepared to pay for until next week. Dr didn't say no, he saved me another trip, , put on my new crown and I can make what I am prepared to pay the following week. Sachem Dental is the BEST!!
Absolutely Amazing Experience Every Time!
I’ve been coming here for a while now, and every visit is consistently excellent. Dr. Phillip Mazzola is incredibly personable, friendly, and genuinely cares about my comfort. He always takes the time to check in with me and make sure I’m never in any discomfort, which I really appreciate.
Appointments are always on time — I never have to wait long, which makes the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The office runs efficiently, and the care I receive is top-notch. I always leave feeling well taken care of. Highly recommend!
