Kiddsmile is nothing short of great. Super caring for the kids. They have great incentives to make them feel okay going in such as the sugar bug club raffle and a coin of completion and they can put it into the machine for a bouncy ball.

My daughter’s been coming here since she was a toddler. The staff is super friendly & helpful. The dentists are really informative and great with my daughter! I’d absolutely recommend.

Best dentist office! They always take my three kids at the same time and get them done so fast. They’re so attentive and it’s always an easy visit. No dreading the dentist in this house!! The rooms have tvs up high and awesome themes to engage children and their heads up. Highly recommend this office- also a huge help for DOE teachers who live in Suffolk and have a hard time finding dentists who take UFT! They make it so easy!!

We have always loved Kiddsmiles. All the people you have working there are wonderful. You guys made a huge difference in helping my son who has special needs be able to have dental work, tolerate dental work and learn to enjoy going to the dentist. So grateful. I have just one comment. On my visit most recently, the receptionist asked how old he was in front of other patients snd I said 18. And she said”we only accept people up to 18 years of age.” I was very embarrassed. She must not realized that I had discussed this with one of the dentists and she said we could stay on his patients till 21 because of his special needs.I didn’t think it was appropriate for the receptionist to say this, and I was very embarrassed . I didn’t want to have to say well my son has special needs and they said we could keep coming here. I think the receptionist should not have That right to say that to a patient. It should be discussed between the patient, the patient’s family and the dentist. Besides that one experience, I have always loved kids smiles, and I really appreciate everything you guys have done for u.

Our boys have been patients of Kiddsmiles in Holbrook for 10+ years. Always a great cleaning experience for my kids! All the hygienist’s & dentist’s here are friendly, patient and knowledgable. The front desk girls are always kind and super helpful. The appointments run on time which is such a plus. Scheduling an appointment is easy and they are so accommodating. The waiting rooms offers some gaming while we wait to be seen and the patient rooms are fun & welcoming. My kids love their hygienists and look forward to their visits. We highly recommend this office & its wonderful staff to kids of any age. 😊
