I absolutely loved the staff at this location- they were all very nice and extremely helpful!
Eye exam was quick and easy, while the associates helped with my glasses selection and checkout progress.
Lux, the sales rep, was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. She took her time helping my husband and me choose our prescription eyeglasses and walked us through several frame options that matched our styles and needs. We never felt rushed, and she made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. We both ended up finding frames we loved and left very happy with our purchase. Highly recommend working with Lux!
Cal was so great! He was fun, knowledgeable, helpful without being pushy, and “got” my style right away. He clearly explained the process and made the whole experience awesome! The prices at Warby Parker are very reasonable as well.
Upon entering the Route 10 store in Denville, NJ we were greeted by a trio of knowledgeable, friendly, and no pressure associates. I was assisted by Kadisha who offered her suggestions and guidance based upon my needs and wants. She answered all of my questions and concerns. The store itself was highly organized and offered a wide array of affordable and modern frames to choose from ($ 95 to $145). At 65 I have purchased many pairs of glasses, and I can honestly say this was the best experience I have had to date. I highly recommend visiting this location if you are looking to purchase eyewear. My sincere thanks to Kadisha and her associates.
Eye doctors normally make me so anxious. Not this one! The technology they used made everything quick and she did not pressure me. I felt comfortable asking to see it again.
The staff were wonderful and honest. I needed other opinions and they were so helpful. I wanted to go with something different and they were supportive and told me what looked good and did not. This is my third time getting glasses from them and I will keep going back
