I don't know why this place has so many bad reviews. I have been to this place about three different times and never had an issue. The people at the front desk are very kind and helpful. If you get there early and have all your information in order you shouldn't have an issue. Yes they are very busy so there can be a small wait time. If you are nice to them they will be nice to you.
So disappointed in my visit the front office staff were so dismissive I got there early like they asked was not called for 20 minutes despite there only being 1 other person in the waiting room. The girl checked me in for 1 of my 2 tests then said we won’t be doing the other one because your appointment was for the Lawrenceville office which I wasn’t even aware of and could have driven there if I had known 20 minutes earlier! Then I had a card from a wonderful organization that would give you a ShopRite gift card for getting a mammogram you just had to get it stamped or signed by the staff and she wouldn’t do it I even asked her twice she just brushed it off and said you should just be glad you got 1 of the tests done. Would have only given 1 star but the technician was great.
It's easy to get to and has plenty of parking. I love that they have walk-in xrays, no appointment needed. They have very accommodating hours. The staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. They offer a free CD image of your xray if you'd like it. Excellent communication between their office and your doctor. The facility is spacious, tastefully decorated and comfortably lit. The waiting room is comfortable enough. Wait times are reasonable.
