Dr. Turtel is an amazing doctor and surgeon. I have been taking my daughter to him for 10 years. He also performed surgery on her which was successful. The favorite thing about him is how you never feel rushed and he answers every question. Plus he always spoke to my daughter directly so she would understand everything.
Unfortunately the front staff does not equal his professionalism and kindness. The female at the front desk with the blue hair has been unfriendly and curt with me for no reason.
She likes to argue with you and gets annoyed if you miss something on a patient forms. Her tone and attitude makes you feel like you are interrupting her day. I wish this was not the case because it is always a pleasure to see the doctor.
Dr. Turtel is very helpful and knows what he is talking about. He will do whatever he can to help his patients. I am now 25 and was still able to see him regarding an issue only he understood having had me as a patient since I was an infant. Great man, great doctor.
I must say I absolutely, beyond words loved Dr. Turtel! About 25 mom's recommended him in a Facebook group and got in to see him within hours. He took his time, was patient with my son, very informative and answered any questions I had. He assured me that I made a good decision bringing my son in and he was just overall a very kind man. if I ever need to take my son to an eye doctor again we will DEFINITELY be going back to see Dr. Turtel!!! 👍 10 stars!!!
