Soul Focus Wellness Center

I am a new patient at Soul Focus and I cannot say enough good things about the practice, the staff, the communication, and the newly found hope for my healing journey. I am going to Dr. Gupta for both chiropractic and functional medicine. I have had ongoing issues for almost a decade now, doctors always telling me my test results were "normal" and sending me home. This is the first time in years that I have been given a clear PLAN of action to heal my body. I truly cannot thank this practice enough, I am so happy there is a place like Soul Focus that actually wants to treat people's health problems rather than their symptoms.

Dr Raj and his staff at Soul Focus are fantastic. I was lucky to find such a caring , professional large group of experts in their field. My impression is this is a true calling for Dr Raj and his staff. Soul focus has really helped me healing my lower back injury. I have been a patient there since 2019 and I have been shown nothing but kindness from their amazing staff. Dr. Gunnar has helped me immensely with decompression therapy for my back, and his chiropractic adjustments are thoroughly the best!!!! Travis is always encouraging me and pushing me during physical therapy to stay on track with my exercises, while remaining funny and personable. They have been patient, yet empathetic of my circumstances. They actually listen and will try everything to work with you to help you receive the care you need. I started going to the fitness center in soul focus a few months back. The gym there is incredible. The staff and equipment are all top notch, and the atmosphere is always a positive one. It has a really welcoming vibe to it.
I've been dealing with neck, shoulder, and back pain for years and my wife, who utilizes every amenity the facility has to offer, suggested I go to the Garden State pain and spine section of the facility and get a consultation. The entire staff there is awesome. The doctors are all very attentive and truly listen to you and guide you throughout the treatment. They ensure that you're always progressing and adjust your treatment accordingly. The results have been incredible for me. I feel and sleep better. I dont ache as much, and my body feels looser, AND I can turn my head to the left! Something I haven't been able to do in years!
