Dr Shumaila Alam Is very knowledgeable, welcoming, and she really takes the time to explain the different products available and suggests what products would be best based on your skin Type— So everything is individualized. I like that she takes Allē and Aspire apps— she even reminded me about them as I forgot! The office is clean, and it was really easy to make an appointment. I will definitely go again; it was a great experience, very relaxing, and doctor Alam is very gentle!
I am so pleased with the fillers I received yesterday from Dr. Amal. She did splendid work on wrinkles that were deep and profuse. I like that she explained what would work best and used the filler material in an economic way. I will be back!
Dr. Alam is a kind and compassionate doctor who took the time to walk me through the procedure beforehand. During the procedure she told me step by step what she was doing. She created an environment that made me feel safe, welcomed and heard. I recommend her completely.
Dr. Alam and Dr. McGuire are knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and provided all the information needed before getting laser removal. Dr. Alam did my laser removal, and she made me feel comfortable and at ease during the process. I will continue to back them and will recommend them to others.
My experience was better than I could have imagined. Dr. Matt was professional, kind and honest. He could have upsold me on several things I thought I needed, but instead was honest and upfront and recommended taking my time and trying one thing at a time. He is a licensed doctor which eased my concerns and was just such a pleasant and competent provider. My treatment was painless and I look forward to working with him to achieve my ultimate goals.
