I purchased a 16613 sight unseen and didn’t like the hollow end links…I contacted John and James and they were able to source for me immediately a bracelet for a later version of the watch that had solid end links. I attempted to do this with a few other dealers before it struck me to contact them. They got back to me right away and it was sorted out in a day! They took my watch and swapped the bracelets and the clasp as I wanted my original one…SUCCESS!!!! I couldn’t be happier! The price was fantastic, the service was prompt and professional…but the fact they could accomplish it when everyone else struck out speaks volumes…go to the OG of watches!!!! John Buckley!!!!! I will NEVER go to another jeweler or watch dealer ever again….Period!!!! NO scams, NO false promises, NO up charges….just perfect service!
