Dynobite Smiles

At first I really liked bringing my boys here, the hygienists are great, but good luck getting anyone to call you back if any treatment is needed. Dr Henderson said my son needed crowns and needed an OR with sedation. They told me my insurance would not cover it and they’d refer me elsewhere. I said I would pay out of pocket because the Dr told me he’d lose his tooth if it wasn’t done within a few months. Well, no one ever got back to me with any estimate. I called 3+ times and no one could give me any answers. It was always “let me speak to so and so and get back to you.” I even sent emails stating I was upset/asking for an estimate..and it was crickets. The customer service here is absolutely unacceptable and we won’t be coming back. Highly recommend taking your time and money elsewhere to people who actually care and want to help.
**My 2 year old also didn’t need crowns, we were able to do fillings and his teeth look great, he no longer has any issues! Get a second or third opinion and always follow your gut! I’m extremely happy we went to another office with empathetic staff who truly care for their patients. Our kids deserve better and I hope I can push others to not waste your time at Dynobites.

We went last week for a consultation appointment for our 9-year-old daughter. She has crooked front teeth. Cathy at the front desk was amazing and got us right in. The office was bright and welcoming. The staff was amazing. The young lady who did the pictures and X-rays for my daughter was so friendly and explained every detail to me and my daughter to make sure she was not nervous. My daughter loved her and felt comfortable. When the doctor came in, he smiled and was very friendly as well. He explained everything to us in honest terms, including insurance and out of pocket costs. He was very upfront and honest. We had an excellent experience here and look forward to working with them and referring others to them as well. My daughter even said she wishes they could be her regular dentist as well!!

My kids love this office and always look forward to going to their dental appointment. Dr. Henderson is amazing with my kids and so are the assistants and hygienist. The front office staff are always nice too.

We absolutely love everything about dynobite smiles! Office staff is always very friendly and welcoming, the hygienists and dr are all amazing and always super kind and gentle and always respectful of my girls if they don’t want something done. (My oldest doesn’t like the water pick-so they just wipe it off instead) cant recommend them enough!!

Dr. Henderson and her staff are AMAZING! My daughter has been a patient of hers since she was 4yrs old. She is now 16 and the care my daughter received back then has continued throughout the years. Her office has a very welcoming atmosphere. Dr. Henderson has a kind and gentle bedside manner and for that, my daughter isn't afraid of going to the dentist. Both Dr. Henderson and her staff really care about their patients!
